At Ruchi Singh Creation, we do not provide cash refunds. If your return request is approved, the product will be exchanged only. No money will be refunded under any circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product.
- After verification, if the claim is approved, the product will be exchanged only. No cash refund will be provided.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the color, design, or incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The exchanged product will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.
